sticky caliper

I recently did a brake job, where I replaced the pads and rotors. I greased the slide pins on the calipers. Now, a few weeks later, one of my rotors is rutted pretty badly. I'm guessing that one caliper is sticking. Is there a fix, or do I need to get a new one?

Who needs a road...if there's a perfectly good JEEP trail somewhere else!?

Re: sticky caliper

sometimes those can be set free
one method that has worked for me before - remove the caliper and press the brake pedal to push the piston out then lightly pull the boot away and spray some lubricant in. now press the piston back in then out then in. re-assemble. drive the Jeep a bit at speed then go home and check if the wheel is hot (light spray of water, check for steam - light - too much may cause a problem if it is hot) if it is too hot - repeat the procedure.
