89 jeep comanche

I just acquired an 89 jeep comanche 2wd for 100 dollars!
Unfortunately, the front steering components are bent to hell. I need the arms that connect the body to the front "axle tube" on the drivers side. Should be the same as a 2wd cherokee. I also need tie rod and connecting rod
anybody know where? Matt

Boneyard. 2wd MJ's are more common than 2wd XJ's But good luck finding an MJ in the boneyard. At least where I live anyway.

Beautiful!!
Id like the axle tube and brakes, locator arms, coils, and grille. Do you have any fenders, or front bumper?

Re: 89 jeep comanche

i'll have to look in the daylight. i don't have fenders, and i don't think i have a bumper, but maybe. i was in the process of putting 4wd into a 2wd comanche, when some old people pulled out in front of me. i had already swapped the complete front end, and had done a lift. i have a lot of misc. parts, ash trays and stuff. my email is [email protected]

You don't happen to have factory XJ/MJ fog lights do you?

Re: 89 jeep comanche

If some one here doesn't have the xj/mj stuff you need check out naxja.org go to the message boards, or go there to chat and get info, those people are great and know everything and have lots of spare parts.

Re: 89 jeep comanche

cab forwards, Comanches and 4-door Cherokees are identical. So you can use either vehichle for parts.

Make it up as you go.
