np208 not engaging-overfilled?
I have an NP208 t-case on my 1/2 ton suburban(hummer kit), just did a clutch job, refiled everything and the transfer case will not stay engaged in 2 high, or 4 high...I had to get her home in
4 low. This happened about 20 miles after the new clutch...is it possible to overfill this? I thought that the tranny (sm465) was connected to the t case and they shared the fluid. I
have an extra t case to throw on, should only take about 1 hour, but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions?
I posted this on the gm board, but nobody had any suggestions....
