Just a little respect....

This is for anyone who has ever done fiberglass/body work.

I hereby give you the "Inferno Official Seal of Respect."

It's tough work. (I'm repainting my hardtop and I figured i'd do it properly. What makes it worse is NO POWERTOOLS.
All elbow grease.

Re: Just a little respect....

I'm actually looking FORWARD to painting my hardtop (It will be the easiest part of this project yet). It's cutting all the holes in that brand new $1500 'glass tub that is the hard part.

Re: Just a little respect....

I cringed as I drilled two holes in the back of my tub so i could bolt down my ammo can.
The original idea was for 4, but it felt so bad drilling that I only managed 2.

Re: Just a little respect....

I know what you mean - I've just got the factory tub in mine, and it's really hard to pick up a drill.

Re: Just a little respect....

Ah boys drillin holes is no problem you can always fill it in whether you have a factory tub or glass one. A welder is just as easy as makin up some fiberglass. The part I hate is workin on a rusted vehicle specialy when the wrench slips...
