TH350 buildup

I was down talking to the 2 tranny shops around here and have a question. One shop said they'd use Red clutch packs and the other said they'd use Borg-Warner green packs. Which one is better off/on road? What else should I have them do while there at it?

Thanks
Keith

Re: TH350 buildup

red cluths are alto . very good , tell them what you plan on doing 4wheeling ,drag racing what ever , then he will realy check thing over and replace the little things, that will haunt you down the road, summit racing, has a few hi-po rebuild kits for the th350 , good prices, Good luck!!
