Cheesy Question... Washing Jeep cover?

OK, I will get harrassed for this, but I got a waterproof full cover for my jeep. I have had it for a couple of months now. My question is how do i clean it?? Do i shove it in the washer or clean it by hand? Also how long do these things last? Mine is starting to rip and leak. I know they dont last forever, but heck this is ridiculous. After i clean it, i am shelfing it. Next time it comes out is for the next project jeep that i buy that doesnt have a top.
Thanks guys

Re: Cheesy Question... Washing Jeep cover?

I would say just take a hose with a nozzle on it to hose it down. if there are any grease areas, trys simple green and a scrub brush.
I don't see why that would work.

Jeeps and classic mustangs, what else is there?
