1/4 elliptical suspension?

I need as much info and any pictures on a 1/4 elliptical suspension as possible. The SOA isn't cutting it. I'm going through too many springs and I'm not satified with the articulation. Also SOA is too common, and coils are starting to become fairly common on CJ7s. If you don't know about the 1/4 elliptical, but know something as rare and as capable please let me know. My Jeep needs change. Thanks.

Re: 1/4 elliptical suspension?

I think I've seen the new wild trend heading towards the airbag suspensions...they can really get crossed-up!

Re: 1/4 elliptical suspension?

If you think you are going through springs now, wait till you get 1/4... Just remember. Too much art can be a bad thing, esp in off camber spots

If you haven't looked yet, search the POR site, there is has been quite a few posts on it in Jeep, General and Toyota. I have also seen the airbag setup and 1/4 elliptical setups using the airbags to adjust ride hide. Maybe check on the Samuri board or http://spidertrax.com seems like 1/4 elliptical is as common to Samuris as SOA is to Jeep.
