Re: backspacing question

I dunno what stock is, but I'd say you'd want somewhere around 3.5" for 33x12.50s on 15x8s with stock axles to prevent rubbing on the springs.

Re: backspacing question

I'm running 36x12.50's on 15x10 American Racing rims and have 3.75" offset. This is on a narrow axle and I don't rub on the springs.

Re: backspacing question

I was running the black rock crawler steel wheels in 15x10 with 4" of backspacing with 35x12.50's that would rub the inside of the rear wheel wells at full stuff, but not the springs with narrow track axles. The beadlocks I ordered are using 2.5" backspacing to eliminate the rub.

ROLLED The 74 CJ5, so I am now building a 78 CJ7
