Hey all,

It's an 85 CJ7 - looks like someone was a butcher and hacked up the vacuum lines. I'm looking for some help getting this thing sorted out so it will actually idle without misfiring.

Problem is, I'm missing the 3 vacuum line thingies that sit on top of the valve cover, so my vacuum line situation is a mess. Any suggestions? I'd like to be able to get my EGR and other associated parts connected again, but it's not the easiest thing when you don't have all the parts!

Its pretty good.

Off hand I think the EGR needs signal (vacuume) when Not-at-idle and the CTO switch near the exhaust manifold is opened after the engine is warm. I think the carter BBD carb controls the idle vacume open/close.

That's all from memory... I dropped the Carter a few months ago.
