I just replaced the throttle position sensor on my Holley TBI Projection that I have on my '80 CJ7 258 I6. I called Holley and of course they wouldn't cross-reference the part # so I could buy one locally and they wanted me to purchase their TBS and I would have to wait for about 1-2 weeks for it to arrive. Not the right answer for those of us who drive our jeeps daily to work. Well, a buddy at NAPA matched it up and here is the part # 2-1995 "NAPA Echlin". Yes, it took awhile and I feel like the "Holy Grail" has been found. I hope that helps somebody out there.

How has the Holley EFI worked for you? With a weber being $485 and pro-jection $720 i have heavily considered it. Any input would be very helpful.

The Holley is very adjustable. That is good and bad. The good part is that you can adjust it for the way your engine is set up. The bad part is that there are 5 separate adjustments on the computer and that can be frustrating. You will notice an increase in MPG and power without any loss in low end torque. I have found that replacement parts are available but will take some time to get because alot of the parts stores that "carry" Holley parts do not have a sustainment program for the EFI parts. Mine has been very reliable. The nice part is that there are minimal sensors involved in the system. The kits include diagnostic instructions so working on it yourself is not a big deal. Personally, I think the extra money is worth it. If you do end up getting one, email me or write a post and I or someone else can help you through the install. Good luck.
