Trail Rack from brother TJ on my CJ?

Anyone have an idea how I can fit the trailrack from my brother's TJ... I want to put it on my CJ7.

I'm not sure because the picture didn't give a good idea of what kind of rack you are talking about but I think it is the type that bolts to the tail gate of a Tj and the rack is above the spare tire if so just bolt it to the tail gate of your CJ-7 it should be a very strait forward easy job.If this isn't what your talking about get back to the board with a better picture of the rack.
