Roll Bar swap?

Will a 77 CJ-7 fenderwell type roll bar fit into a late 60's CJ-5? Basically are the fenderwells the same size?

it should work just measure the height of the donor bar and the height of the earlier windshield and you might have to drill a few holes in the body sides

jeep the first 4 wheel drive the only 4 wheel drive

With Welder Duct tape and Vise Grips anything can fit???

baling wire helps sometimes....

Dont know if the bar will fit, but I've always wondered if the one from a cj7 will fit in my cj2a. I know a f150 roll bar wont
