shackle reverse...

Is this as simple as just placing the shackles on the OTHER ends of the springs, or am i missing something? what advantages does this have over stock configuration? what disadvantages? Is there any other items needed?

type [?url]then the actuall url[?/url], taking out the question marks and make sure there are no spaces between the brackets and the url. Understand?
