Clutch-Centerforce 2 and LuK

Alright, i currently have a centerforce 2 clutch, it burned out on me, and i want to replace it with a LuK clutch, the only problem is i dont know what LuK clutch matches up with my Centerforce 2 clutch. I have the centerforce 2 clutch for cj's and i have a t-18 and amc 360, if anyone knows what luck clutch matches up with the centerforce clutch on my vehical, please tell me the name of the LuK clutch and all of the specs of it. THanks

Re: Clutch-Centerforce 2 and LuK

Andrew, before you get a Luk you may want to talk to clutchmasters. They put some stiffer springs in my pressure plate and have a nice looking clutch disc. So far I am very happy. I do feel my left calf will be a little larger by this time next year. Ricky..seeya...

Re: Clutch-Centerforce 2 and LuK

LuK makes the actual clutch assemblies for Centerforce, then Centerforce adds the centrifugal weights to them. You'll want a LuK with the same specs as your Centerforce, and any good parts place should be able to cross reference the part numbers for you. I'd recommend the Luk Pro Gold series of clutches, they hold up and grab very well without requiring calves like Popeye.
