What would you prefer other than Jeep

OK, hypothetical situation: You are going wheelin' at the rubicon & your rig vanishes the night before. You can have your choice of taking a loaner vehicle through, but none of them are Jeeps. Assuming they are equally built, which would you choose:

A) Early Bronco
B) Suzuki Samarai
C) Land Rover D90
D) Toyota Truck
E) Full Size Bronco
F) None, I love Jeeps so much I can't envision myself driving anything else.
G) Scout II

BTW - I answer "A" (still)

Re: What would you prefer other than Jeep

E - The full size bronco definately. Comfortable, V-8 Power, can carry everything you could possible want, mostly convertable, easy to fix, relatively cheap to buy. I'm not sure which I enjoy driving more the Bronc or the Jeep. Later

Re: What would you prefer other than Jeep

hah! I would have to go with the Sammy because its smaller than my CJ5 and since I have done all of my practice with my CJ, anything bigger would give me trouble. I figure that what I could squeeze my CJ5 through, a Sammy should be able to follow.

Re: What would you prefer other than Jeep

I have an old Ford, so I could say A.
I have a british car, so I could say C.

My real answer would be F.

I'll go off the board and take an early Land Cruiser (70's).

Re: What would you prefer other than Jeep

I'm biased since I already have a Zuk, but since in this situation it's not mine and I don't have to pay for anything, I'll take the D90. I'd just love to beat on something expensive and cause some serious breakage.

or A

All silltness aside,

ive owned 5 jeeps and 4 early broncos and i love them both,
will have a jeep for quite awhile because they are easier to find parts and work on plus they outperform early broncos in stock form

Ted Nugent would answer A also
early bronco fever

Re: What would you prefer other than Jeep

(Take this with a pinch of humor, y'all)

Well *sniff*, I suppose *sniff*, in the end, if I couldn't have a Jeep *sniff*, I'd have to stick with my Scout since all of ya seem to be trying to rob me of spare axles anyways to put underneath your Jeeps Good thing I upgraded to those Chevy one-tons . Might just have to boycott this board since for some odd reason, Scouts have been given the snub out of possible choices. But then again, Since it's a Jeep Thing... I wouldn't understand Good thing too... it's a Scout thing... Since I do understand.

My Scout is like my website, I'm working on it. 79 IH ScoutII, Anything else is just a 4X4... 345, 1-ton axles, Detroits F/R. 99 F-350 SD, PowerStroke.
