what other mods for 4in lift

I am getting ready to purchase my springs and adda leaf from Old Man Emu (just waiting on their new long travel shocks) This should give me about 4 inches of lift. What other mods do I need to worry about for this? Pitman arm? Long driveshaft? I already have extended brake lines. Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: what other mods for 4in lift

Steering correction can be handled by an extended pitman arm or by putting the tie-rod on top of the knuckles (and you may still need a slightly longer pitman arm). You may drop your skidplate to reduce the angles or get a Slip-Yoke Eliminator and a rear CV shaft. Some kits come with extended bumpstops, but this is really up to you. The OME kit with add-a-leaves gives 3.5" of lift, so you may expirience some slight fender rubbing with 33s as this kit articulates very well. Shackles 1" longer-than-stock (for .5" lift) should cure this, or a 1" body lift or minor fender trimming (Like using TJ flares)
