Questions about YJ springs on a CJ
I am in the middle of putting a 2" lift with YJ springs on my CJ-7 (SUA), and I have run into a bit of a snag. For the front driver's side, I used a stock left rear spring plate. I have the wide track axle, so I only needed one mount on the plate for the sway bar (the shock mount is on the axle housing). My problem is on the passenger side. A stock right rear spring plate will not work due to the u-bolt size that goes over the differential housing. Will a YJ spring plate work? Or do I have to get a custom job, like out of the kits they sell to convert the springs? All I need is this one part and I can finish this thing. Sorry it's so long...thanx in advance!
Re: Questions about YJ springs on a CJ
