New carb for my 80 CJ7 (Weber or Offy 4bbl w/390 cfm carb, anyone got one used for sale?)

My 80 CJ7 has resently been treated to a complete rebuild (258 @ .030), new seals, gaskets, head was completely rebuilt, all new accessories (w/ heavy duty radiator). I've replaced just about everything under the hood with name brand stuff except the carb. So now I got a dirty 2bbl carb, that not only gives me bad gas mileage, but likes to stall and flood alot. I want to replace this before the summer, so I can "afford" to drive my Jeep some. I heard that Weber makes a good carb, but then again I'm told to get a Offy 4bbl intake and a Holley 390 carb. I don't care to make more horse power (but it would be nice ), but I'm really looking for better gas mileage. I'm running 33 x 12.5 tires, so I know my mileage won't be too good, but I know it can be better. Anyone out there got a good used Weber carb or a Offy 4bbl intake for sale used? If so drop me a line, I'd be interested if the price is right. Thanks

Keep an eye on Ebay.

That which does not kill me only makes me stronger (or dumber).

Chad
I've got a Weber for sale.
K 551,32/36, with fuel pressure regulator.
About a year old, nothing wrong with it.
Complete kit with instructions
$200 + shipping
I am also selling an HEI distributor.
258 drive gear, Crane adjustable vacuum advance, Blue Point cap and rotor, NAPA wires.
$150 + shipping
Both items are in great shape, they came off a running engine, I sold the jeep they were on and the guy didn't want to pay extra for them.

Funny thing is, the more I practice, the luckier I get
