Wheel offset / size ????

Just finished lifting my 89 YJ (4" BDS springs / 1 1/2" shackles and 2" body lift). I installed 35 x 12.5 Dunlop Mudders on stock 89 Sahara rims. I need new wheels, of course, and need to find optimal wheel size / backspacing for these tires. The only clearance problem is greatly reduced turning radius (tires hit the springs when turning). I'm thinking that 15x10" rims would be the best size, but what would be the best backspacing to look for to regain the lost turning radius? I plan to go with plain black steel rims. Any ideas are appreciated.
