Lift Questions.....

Okay, I have my BDS 4" lift on the way; with the lower pitman arm and tranny lowering kit.

I'm gonna get new stainless braided brake lines.....

1) What am I missimg? Anything?
2) What is the best way to drop the old springs/axles? Start with the shackles/ubolts???
3) Look out for any "surprises"??

Will be a weekend 'wheeler, no rough stuff. Gonna run 33's.

Thanks a million!

Re: Lift Questions.....

I did the brake lines first then tackled the springs. I just did one spring at a time. Make sure you have all new bushings and some snythenic grease to help the new bushing slide in. I wouldnt use the drop pitman arm at first. I put mine on and had to take it back off. To much of a drop with my 4in springs. You should get rid of those stock shackles while you have them off. I broke mine the first trip out. I also recomend greasable shackles and greasable main eye bolts. They keep things quiet and flexes alot better. Good luck

Can someone please bring me a hammer my 33's just ate my fender again. Damn i need more lift.
