Dana 20 shift rail seals

I was wandering how hard the seals on the shift rails were to get out. I can't tell if it is the seals on the rail dripping onto the front output yoke or the yoke is leaking and slinging onto the rails but I beleive I will replace both why I am in the area. It looks like you just pry the seals out but it is hard to tell if you can get a screwdriver on them.
