Hey...I thought it was HARD to get a Cali Plate!

I found this pic on the POR website. HOW did they get that thing registered?

It could be registered as equiptment. That would be the easiest way to register one. Just tell them it's your new farm tractor.

Okay, so now I understand....sorta. There is something called a "kit car loophole". At least thats how this guy got his truck registered in Cali.!
