Welding Question? O.T

Welding in the roll bar with my hobart wire feed welder, using a mixture of CO2 & Argon, (approx. 70%:30%). My problem is all of a sudden the weld is showing up with little air bubbles in it. The bubbles only seem to be in the surface. I have ground through some welds to check penetration & quality. I did bump up gas delivery so that when the gun is depressed, I maintain about 4 units (cu.ft/min.?, not sure of units). The gun off, the or flow rate is about 20. Any welding experts out there?

Re: Welding Question? O.T

You want 17 when welding, those welds were not shielded, and need to be ground out and redone.
