BLM approves Safari permit

The Thursday, March 29, 2001 Moab paper states that the EJS is a go.

"...As in past years, the event organizers, Red Rock 4-Wheelers will be allowed to use all 30 backcountry trails and seven campsites that they had requested in their application."

"...before, during and after the week-plus festival BLM staff will be out monitoring trail use..."
