Main Jet Specs on MC2100 Carb

I see that my Carb is jetted for a "44F" Jet according to the Jets themselves. I read elsewhere that the MC 2100 for AMC usuually came with a "47". What is the difference? Which one is larger? And how can I get the other if I find I need it?

Thanks,
Fritz

Re: Main Jet Specs on MC2100 Carb

Yeah - let's get the info on this! My 360 has a 2100 with 44 jets in it and I had a 304 once with 45's in it! My Dad is always telling this story about how my grandfather re-jetted his Wagoneer back in the day and super-improved the gas mileage - AND my Jeep does run a little rich. I'd like to experiment with some like 43s, 42s, 41s and see if I can lean this thing out just a weee bit. - Chuck :-)
