Storing a Jeep for long periods of time?

Ok I'm down in Ft Lauderdale FL at our vacation place and right now we rent chrysler sebrings when we come down and I get really board down here with no jeep so I might have convinced my mom to get a YJ for the place. How would it be effected storing it most of the year in the salt air? It would probably be driven only 2-4 weeks a year but my aunt lives down here and could start it every now and them, maybe take it for a spin. My parents think things like the breaks would rust together and the like. What would happen and how could we keep it form happening. If this is a good argument it will make it much more likely that we get a jeep for here so help me and I'll show this to my parents.
Thanks,
Barrelroll

Andy, Moses Ludel's Jeep Owners Bible has a section on long term storage for a Jeep.
