Lock right install Prob. HELP

Just started putting a lock right in my d35c. Everything started good but then the couplers that slide into where the side gear was are too big. They dont fit in and are noticibly bigger. The side gear washer wont fit over it either!! What is the deal here. The box says it is for a d35, but I cant imagine why it wouldn't fit. Any help would be great, or i will have to call them in the morning.

Thanks ROB

Re: Lock right install Prob. HELP

well if it don't fit... it don't fit... I would give them a call and see what they say. I bought one from Randy's R+P and it went in easily, so I would Imagine you got one for a different axle.

Re: Lock right install Prob. HELP

I had this problem on my '95 YJ. There are two sizes of Lock-Rights for the 35C. It boiled down to the fact that I had an ABS axel housing, without the ABS. This may be what you're up against.

Call PowerTrax with the housing numbers and they'll exchange it for you.
