Many such applications don't have a published torque spec. Your best bet would be to get a torque spec chart based on bolt grade, size and thread pitch. Use it in the absence of specs. Except for a few critical cases such as engine assembly, you won't go wrong.
Any place that sells torque wrenches should have one, and so will the public library and any high school shop classroom. Just make a copy and hang it on the wall.
