Re: whats your best mod

I would have to say my most useful mod would be the Detroit Locker. Nothing that i can think of is more useful than more traction.

Re: whats your best mod

worst: gibson cat back. the connection were wrong, the bends were wrong, it was supposed to be side exit, it was straight back. i paid $269 i think, $60 to have it put on because i didn't have the tools to do it with all the modification that needed done to it. first time wheelin i almost tore it completely off. then i paid another $40 to have a pipe made with the right bends and a side exit. So for the same price i could have got the borla stainless. pretty much i got a $300 muffler

Re: whats your best mod

I don't have the experiance or cash to get into extreme wheeling yet but in the mild stuff I've done I'd say tow hooks and bfg at ko's would have to be the best I've done to any of our jeeps, if I had a lockright I'd probably say that. Worse Totaling the YJ, other than that really havn't had one I didn't like.

Re: whats your best mod

The best mod would be a full rollcage tied into the frame. Haven't used it yet, hope I never do but it will be the best thing I ever did if I ever do need it. Worst mod is a set of chrome lights that my buddies give me grief over, too "pretty" to be on a 4X4.

Re: whats your best mod

Best mod: the snorkel (I'd have long ago been asking what to replace my hydro-locked 258 with otherwise )
Worst mod: I can't think of any. I haven't done enough to it to have done something bad yet.... I'll be sure to let ya'll know when I do though!
