boomerrang or not with bds

i just ordered a 3.5" bds lift for my 89 yj and was wondering which shackles i should use? i like the looks of the boomerrang shackles sold by Mountain Offroad but have not heard much about them.or would straight shackles be better? i am not a rock climber but do enjoy a playing in the mud. i have also just completed the tr upgrade on my jeep and it runs better than ever, thanks for the info given on this board.

I've got 2" BDS springs and am adding MORE boomerangs this weekend.

Sorry, the SOA we were doing on another Jeep ran a lot longer than planned. I didn't get around to putting them on.

Re: boomerrang or not with bds

<font color=blue>I have them on both the front and back. I see no use for them in the front, though MORE swears they do something. They also indicated to rotate them 180 degrees in the front, but my frame/steering box just won't allow it. I'll be putting on a shackle reversal/buggy leaf from MORE in the next month or so, and then, maybe I'll see if they really work in the front.

In the rear? I have NO idea I put them on the same time as I put on my lift! Theroretically, they should work.
