Plug gaps w/MSD 6A

Ordered a Juice Box (TR/TFI), and plan on installing once it arrives. Also won a MSD 6A on ebay, and plan on installing it as soon as it arrives. My question is threefold: You all recommend re-gapping (or new plugs) at .045! No problem. Some have recommended truck plugs! Any feedback there? Plug no.? Also, I see some recommend a .045 to .065 gap when using a 6A. Big difference/range. Any suggestions?

Farting is such sweet sorrow
