junk yard tbi for 258

anyone know what vehicles have a tbi that could be swapped into a 258? someone a while back said something about a ford astro van.

ford doesn't make astro vans, they make arrowstars, and chevy makes astrovans... hum..

I used Ford parts for one conversion that I did for a customer. My reason for using the Ford stuff... It's a system that I have worked on, and I know it pretty well. It's pretty simple, even I can follow it. I used a system that I removed from a V6 Taurus (91, I think). The down-side is that I did a bunch of machine work and fabrication to install it. Not a project for most people. And, it's not smog-legal, where I live. Even removing a Wrangler efi system, and transplanting it to an earlier CJ, is not smog-legal, here.
BTW, I have also acquired a GM efi system, from a V6 93 Camero. It looks like it will be about the same amount of effort to install as the Ford system.
