360 4-bbl question...

is the stock manifold a square bore or a spread bore? Also, what is a good off-road 4bbl?

Re: 360 4-bbl question...

The one I have is a FORD spreadbore pattern which is differed than other spreadbores. It's call a 460 spreadbore if
I'm correct.

As for the carb... I tried holley and ford carbs before settling on a edelbrock. It's so easy to setup compared to the others.

Re: 360 4-bbl question...

The stock iron (heavy as crap) manifold is a spreadbore. Good replacements are the Edlebrock aluminum (spelled saving 30 pounds) which is a square bore dual plane.
