Door handles

Anyone have any Wrangler interior door handles that they are willing to part with? I can't find a Jeep in a junkyard around here to save my life. Almost ready to go to the local Chrysler dealership, but I am afraid how much that will cost me.

Ouch, that'll leave a mark!

Re: Door handles

Yeah you are right, but they only list the exterior. I need the interior ones.

Ouch, that'll leave a mark!

Re: Door handles

I had to replace the outside handle on my CJ. I went to chrysler and it was only about $30. So I can't imagine that the inside wone could possible be more than that.

Humm... I'm going out on a limb here... with these stuggestions. I'm guessing the plastic of the handle has failed.

1. Autobody Shops often have to "weld" plastic parts back togeter. This can be heat "spotwelds" or chemically done.

2. TV repair shops used to carry plastic repair in a bottle. It was used to repair Knobs (I know, TV's don't have knobs anymore!). The bottle was about $5 and would last forever. I used to use it to repair all sorts of plastic parts.

3. Eastwood has some plastic repair kits... you might look at their catalog.
