Will wranglers hard tops fit a cj 7. If it will what type of full and half doors would I use? Also does any one know of someone that makes a tire carrier that fits a 36 to 40 inch tire? Also what is a good set of rear springs to use? other thatn custom bulit ones?

Re: hard top, doors , and spare tire carrier?

cj-7 hard top will fit a 87-95 wrangler. you need to use either hard doors from an 80's cj or from a wrangler. there are lots of places to get a carrier for about anysize spare you want. search old posts for some people here have made.
if you want rear springs for a 40" tire, you better get at least 4" lift springs with a s[pring over. it might help you tio get responces if you break up the questions a bit more...

If you are looking just to buy a bolt on spare tire carrier the Valley Industries carrier wil hold two jerry cans a high lift and as far as I can see any size spare you have and still have room to mount your CB antenna.
