Re: I need your votes TTC 2001

ok.. but you vote for me next year....too bad people will see that you dont have d-60'd front and rear and not vote for you...you'd do very well...
the ttc is geared towards big blocks and really seems to me to be a showcase for off-road shops. i have wheled with some of the guys that have competed and though the trucks are well built, it seems that the most $$$$ wins.. a lot of the events are driven towards high hp engines.. big blocks mean big $$$$. there is only 1 rockcrawling event and it's usually just piles of rocks.. no real ledges or inclines. anyway...you have my vote.. and everyone i talk to. we need to help jeff out.. it's very hard to get a jeep into the ttc as most of the entrants are jeeps and they try to diversify the field...

Sounds like the 5.0 swap is coming at a good time.......have you started pricing Superchargers yet?
Any chance you could swap the square headlights before the challenge?

Re: I need your votes TTC 2001

Thanks guys,
Good driving can still take you far, at TTC.
My friend Jake took 4th place last year in his Sami. And was only a couple of points away from 3rd place Sniper. In fact with a little more help from his spotter in tank trap, he could have overtaken sniper for third place
The V8 will definitely help for a competition like TTC, and the 5.0 with the bigger injectors, throttle body and mass air will be pushing 300 HP 350 ft/lbs of torque.
I will swap the rear axle before the competition.
All I have to do is get in, I think I can make a good run at it.
Thanks guys for all the support.
Now who wants to be my spotter?

Jeff
