Jeep Dana 300 oil leak from rear

OK, I ma stumped my Jeep's Dana 300 is leaking oil from the rear output.
I have replaced the rear oil seal with a new one but the leak persists, the output shaft has some play when not connected to the rear yoke.....could an inner oil seal be toast? Could my bearings be shot?

Thanks

Re: Jeep Dana 300 oil leak from rear

I'd say a bearing. But, go ahead and pull the t-case and do it right. How long ago did you put the Tera Low in? Did you do bearings when you did the kit? the Dana 300 is easy to work on and no big deal to pull it without the trans.
