If your from Jersey read this

I got this from the front page on the a.c. press. I hope they dont mind me putting it up here. Oh well if they do.
Not really sure what it means. You can never get the hole thing out of a paper. The writers just love to put in what the general public wants to hear. It will be on two attachments

Re: If your from Jersey read this

Sounds like a fair idea to me. I know I've seen some people tear up bogs before with fullsize chevy's sporting 40 inch tires. It's fun to just turn off the road and find a trail, but when you think about it some people really do some harsh damage. What really gets me is the ones who leave beer cans all over and break down trees to have a bonfire.
Seems like more parks like the one in Chatsworth wouldn't be too bad. A hundred bucks is pretty steep though.

There is one thing we have to learn from this, We (Off-Road community)either police ourselves, or someone else will. This sounds like a fairly positive step, even if it does require more hoops to jump through.
