I Got A JEEP Whoopee!!!!!!!!

The search for a jeep has ended. Today I go to cars.com to see if anything new has been posted turns there's a 97 TJ sport 49k, 4.0, auto, hard top, ac, d35 oh well, ect. Listed for 12995. Turns out the dealer posted it at the wrong price should have been 15995 but he had to honnor the price I'm happy. A plus was it had 30" bfg at ko's on it (now I don't have to shell out money for those exact tires). I can't wait to wheel it, though the parents have decided I need a grand in the bank for repairs, oh well, that will be at the end of the summer. So plans for mods are: angle iron rocker skids, front hooks, remove all that plastic crap. Home made Rear bumper w/ hooks, tire carrrier/ tow bar, Hi-lift/ shovel/ ax holder, and a trail rack. Bed liner the interior some minor chips in the floor boards. Some amo cans mounted inside the jeep for tool and other necesities, Maybe some beefed skid plates for the under side (Oil pan, engine, trans) A steering box skid and brace. A snorkle, and eventually a d44 rear w/ a trac lock or a lockright. Tomorow I'll have my dad bring home the digital camara and take some pics. Oh yeah, gotta update my profile.

Yeha, I'm lucky I don't need any more set away, of course I forgot about a couple mods a snorkle w/ a k&n on top of it, bar disconnects, and a sunrider soft top.

Re: I Got A JEEP Whoopee!!!!!!!!

That's the problem the parents want me to keep it clean so they can drive it, they like it much better than the 95 yj I had, I think it's too civilazed, as we were test driving it I watched a chick in a yj go bounching though an intercetion in her yj, boy do I miss the uncivilized yj. Looks like a cj may be in my future if the parents are going to limit my wheeling and mods I'll go out an get a cj.
