Re: electrical??

Only got the wiring diagrams in my Haynes manual and those are greek to me. Were the plugs under the dash or under the hood? If you could post a picture, I'm sure someone would recognize them.

Re: electrical??

Haynes diagrams are good, but sometimes you have to look at the color of the wire to determine what it is or was supposed to be used for. I photo copied and enlarged so I could write on it once I found out something.

Re: electrical??

I've had the computer bypass done and thay left all these wire's under the hood (jeep runs nicer now) can I cut some of them off if I don't plan to use the comp. sys anymore? all thay did was run some extra wires for the bypass and then bundled up the disconected one's. I may put fuel inj. kit in later

Re: electrical??

Do you have emmisions testing? Are you ever going to put things back? Cut the plugs off allowing enough wire to splice back together if needed. On the wire end staying with the vehicle crimp a closed end wire splice, they are shaped like a small wire nut, over each end to prevent corrosion and any possible shorting.
