Read the post from today titled "How can you get 6" for this much" or something like that. There is more to spring over than meets the eye. It's not hard with the right know how and tools, but a lot of things aren't considered. A typical spring over yields about 5" of lift using the existing spring pack depending on the axle tube thickness and the spring pack thickness.

also take a look at the CJ-3b page. It has all kinds of info on your 2a. If i remeber right there are two guys on that page that have done SOA with cj2. One used YJ springs and the other used the stock ones. YJ springs by them selves can also provide lift and a better ride.

Driveline angles HURT with a SOA willys, they're so short. Just be thinking of them when you go SOA.
