Thanks Leve

After reading about lubing the windshield wipers I decided to fix my wipers for the last time. My wipers would always lie on the driverís side of the windshield. They would also make a clunk, clunk , clunk sound when on. This has driven my crazy for a year. Well today I figured what the heck I will take these things completely apart, lube them, and see if I can figure out this problem. I pulled everything apart and figured out the problem in about 30 seconds. Some one had previously installed a new wiper motor and had put the linkage connection on back wards. I flipped this around, cleaned everything with B-12 and wiped it off. They look brand new! I then lubed them and re-install everything. Lined the wipers up on the passenger side! I sat in the Jeep for 10 minutes with the wipers running on a dry windshield and these things run smooth as silk now. I cannot wait till it rains again. I will be in heaven.
