And it kind of reminds me of a moonguy I know . . .

BTW - since you used Hummer rims - did you put the runflats in? I wonder how those would work in a rock crawl situation . . . I know they work great off-road at 40 if it is a back tire - you don't even realize it is flat!

Liberals don't mind being lied to . . . they just want to be lied to by someone they trust!

hey it doesn't look too bad.... Kinda makes me feel better about deciding to run full-size axles on the Wrangler (when I get them)... Definately makes me feel better about how my Jeep looks

How'd ya get that black eye? Chevy isn't the only manufacturer to have front axles wider then the rear. The Scout axles I pulled from a scout were the same way, the front was 61, the rear 58. Both of my jeep's stock axles were the same way...

Re: my jeep with fulsize axles..pic

Chris, it looks very nice!!!! I still can't figure out how you did it..My 60 had the perch way far out (like 4"). You may have found an oddball axle??? Anyway, you got it...Right?? Did the hummer rims mess with the steering? You may need to make yourself a plate for the top of the kingpin that has a big offset for the steering ends.
Also, I think it is nice that the total width is still fitting on your trailer. When I was thinking hummer rims I had a pretty good idea that I would not need a new trailer. Now I have to use a "small" set of tires to get the jeep on the trailer and change tires when I get there. That really bites!!!! A new trailer wasn't in Santa's bag this year. Maybe this year I will get one.
When are we all going to hit Tellico?

Nice rig, doesn't look like the axles are a lot wider than the Scout ones I'm running now.
