Starting to look like a jeep again!

After many months (13!) during which I've been in the process of swapping in a 4.3L Chevy and getting some body panels painted, my rig is finally starting to look like a jeep again. I am now literally days away from cranking up the motor. I can't wait!

Looks really good. I know the feeling of a Jeep in pieces. Feel proud you never gave up on your project. I got a really good deal on a frame and tub, because the guy gave on his project. keep posting pics.

Re: Starting to look like a jeep again!

I'll have to take some pictures of this thing once it is done
and before it sees the trail again, cause it won't ever look this
good again!

The paint is 97 ford mustang gt. I have the dupont paint code out
in the garage if you want it. I used a single stage paint with
hardner (which I don't think dupont is making any more) but I am
pretty sure this paint code comes in a 2 stage also.

The really cool thing about it is that XO Rust Federal Safety Yellow is
real close, so touch up is rattle can, a little trail dirt and no-one will
ever know the difference.
