Southeastern trails

HEY all,

Just curious as to what trails are around in the northern alambama, Georgia, tennesse and western north carolina other than tellico and beasly knob. I plan on taking my cj-7 and adding 2.5 inch lift kit with 33's and an auburn gear lsd in the back pushed by a 304 with the stock three speed. If any of you could recommend any trails that would be fairly friendly ( my jeep is a daily driver along with the fact that I'm prety inexperienced) I would appreciate it.

Re: Southeastern trails

there is blairsville..havent been there.. but dont be affraid of tellico.. it has trails for all jeeps and skill levels.. granted most of them are hard to damn hard.. there are several good trails for the lesser experienced and equipped jeeps.. my friends wife took her stock TJ thru several trails.. very scenic.. and they are long enough to really enjoy them.. and some of the hard stuff.. can be walked to.. and you can check out other jeeps.. "breaking" in action..

Re: Southeastern trails

The best way to find open trails is to contact the local clubs in the area you want to ride. Check Southern Four Wheel Drive Association web site for member club listings and contacts.
