Nutter bypass

I know I saw a wiring diagram on this site somewhere for the Nutter bypass, but what does it do and how does it help the Jeep run better. Basicly what are the pro's and con's. Any help with the 258 is appreciated.

Re: Nutter bypass

the nutter bypass is a bypass (hense the name) of the computer on carter BBD carbs.....

this may make some vehicles which are running poorly due to a malfuctioning ECU, run better

your better off doing the TR upgrade....also bypasses the comp, but enhances performance too
