Need Help...Hissing noise from backend

Okay, I did some pretty hardcore offroading yesterday and today I came to hear something I don't believe was there. Down around the rear part of my YJ, around the gastank, there's a hissing noise. When I first start my Jeep and listen for the sound, it's not there. Then about 5 seconds later is starts. I can't figure it out. Since my Jeep is stock height, I bashed the underside pretty good on some rocks. My first thoughts on this is there's a pressure leak in the fuel tank or around there. Any ideas? I may crawl underneath it in a bit and look around. It also makes a wierd rattling noise from under there also. Only happens when it's a bumby road. You can hear the rattle insinde. But the hissing can only be heard from behind the Jeep. Hope someone can help me out!

Do you smell gas fumes when this sound is happening?

Do you have an in-the-tank fuel pump? If so, it could possibly making a noise that sounds like hissing. My wife's Suburban has a loud fuel pump and has gone through several stages of noise making. Since you may have knocked something loose it could have a weird vibration.
