40\'s mounted

Finally got some real tires mounted on my frame. Also installed the MORE motor mounts and positioned and welded the crossmember and frame brackets together. The dirty motor and trany where installed to position everything. They will be rebuilt before i am done. It's been too cold to work on the Jeep so this is the next best thing.

Re: 40\'s mounted

Looks good, how long is the wheel base? It looks nice and light the way it sits now. Put a seat and some steering on that thing and lets go wheelin. But,...dont forget to wear a warm jacket.

Re: 40\'s mounted

The wheelbase is 96.5 ". The power to weight ratio is killer, at least for a few more months. Can't wait to get it covered it mud.

Re: 40\'s mounted

The springs are Superlift 4". Hey thanks againg to JEEPN for the outboard hanger info and High5 and Elusive for added help to fine tune them. I think by the time i am done i will basically duplicate all of JEEPN's mods. With all of your help maybe it will be running againg this summer.
