pep boys...quality?

i just bought all the stuff for the Tr upgrade at PepBoys and noticed that the TFI coil was not tight. it seemed to be on a 'slider' or something. anyway the way it was set up, it would rattle around. i didn't really like the set up, but bought it anyway only to notice later that some of the sealant was dried and cracked. so i ended up buying another at NAPA, it was alot more money, but it doesn't rattle. also i read that a good quality dist cap would have brass terminals, the Borg Warner from Pep boys is not. so while i like pep boys b/c they have a large selection and pretty good prices, i question the quality of their products. does anyone have any comments as to how their products hold up over time?

All the BW's I've ever seen do. If it truly ain't brass take it back and git one that is. Maybe from somewhere else.
