4cly rpm at highway speeds

could some one tell me what there rpms are at in a 4 cly stock wrangler (stick) at 60mph, i'm trying to decide what the factory power band is, so i can get a gear change, my 31's are really slowing my down, right now, i have 4.10's should i go to 4.55's i'd think 4.88's are too much.. thanks for anyhelp

I have to turn about 3700 RPMs in 3rd gear to run 60 mph. Thats with 4.56 gears and 36" tires. Thats what I have to run to keep moving forward on any kind of a hill. 4th gear is probably around 3000 rpms, but thats pretty much limited to flat areas or downhills. And, well, I couldnt really tell you about 5th gear, in high range.
